As expected 77% of Partners are male while female partners represent only 23%. On the other end of the spectrum, 86% of the Administrative assistants are female. Females constitute a higher percentage among Staff/Assistant (i.e. entry levels) and gradually decrease at higher levels. While looking at Internal Support roles, females constitute a higher percentage in most roles except at the Director level.

Another interesting metric is the number of job applicants and the number of individuals hired. Shows the attractiveness of the firm. Only 3% of the applicants were eventually hired!
