Many registered public accounting firms are part of larger networks to enhance their service offerings and reach. Firms must disclose their affiliations in their annual PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) Form 2 reports, specifically detailing any networks they are part of.Item 5.2 mandates the identification of any memberships or affiliations that provide access to audit procedures, manuals, or branding for audit services.
